Just over a year later, Nathan Marion is no longer responsible for Yuno in Brazil. The executive has decided to take up the position of senior director for B2B business at Nubank. Before Nubank, he worked at Vtex and Adyen.
Yuno, an online payment integrator based in Bogotá, Colombia, has yet to announce Nathan's replacement. With a $25 million Series A round raised last March, Juan Pablo Ortega and Julián Núñes' startup was valued at $150 million.

Pinbank and Yuno have joined forces to enhance payment solutions, aiming to help RappiBank increase its transaction volume by an additional R$ 60 million. The partnership allows merchants connected to Yuno - as is the case with the app - to take advantage of Pinbank's direct acquisition portfolio.
SKY Brasil parent launches FinTech targeting suppliers with $178 mln investment. Grupo Werthein will make the 1 billion real investment into the FinTech, named skx, and will control the firm, the groups said. SKY Brasil President Gustavo Fonseca will also lead skx.
Nium expands operations in LatAm. This month Nium applied for a Payment Institution License in Brazil, which will enable the company to provide payment services to clients including managing funds locally in BRL and real-time payments through Pix.

Kapital Bank reports historical records in credit placement, acquisition, customer growth and revenue during 2Q24. As of the second quarter of the year, Kapital Bank reported a credit placement of 2 billion pesos, marking a 70% increase from the previous quarter.
